Non Resident Kallooppara association as part of its "Thozhildana" project is inviting business proposals from residents of Kallooppara Panchayath. The project is completely under the control of Norka and no other community, organization or government has any involvement in it. The project is aimed at helping well deserving and economically backward people to start a business venture of their own with the support and guidance of Norka.

"The thing to be noted is that, this is not a charity service or a loan and so Norka have certain demands and conditions regarding the execution of the project which will be explained in detail to the selected candidates".

Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidate should have passed 10th and preference will be given to partially handicapped or widows but others can also apply.
2. Project location should be in Kallooppara Panchayath and the candidate should be residing in Kallooppara Panchayath.

Norka has every right to select or reject your application and has the complete power in the execution of the project. Also Norka has the right to cancel or alter the conditions of the projects appropriately at any given point of time.
